After a bunch of requests from friends and family, I am going to start posting my cooking guide. I am a aerospace engineer who has been power-lifting, crossfitting, doing strongman and studying nutrition and cooking of over 5 years now. I am lazy, so the goal of my cooking is to get the most done in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of effort.
If you want to lose weight, one of the easiest ways is to cook all your food.
My cooking and diet is pretty much “paleo” (Gluten free, dairy free besides butter), high fat, medium protein and low carb. I will teach you how to to make awesome tasting meat, mix it up with some easy veggies and make some fat-bomb desserts. I am going to try to post recipes that you can cook for 15 minutes and give you food for a few days.
The recipes I post will teach 1 or 2 techniques at a time. You will get comfortable in a weekly routine, so cooking will effortless.
