Dutch Oven Roast Chicken

We are deep into the winter months. So we are going to start out with a bunch of dutch oven recipes.

If you don’t have one I would recommend picking up a 5 or 7 quart cast iron from Lodge Logic.

I would also recommend picking up a probe thermometer. When you start cooking, it teaches what “done” is cooking without over cooking it.
